
A training session on the topic of "International Commercial Arbitration Consultation: Arbitration Law" was organized.
The Mongolian International Arbitration Association, in collaboration with the Commercial Law Development Program, funded by the United States Department of Commerce, will hold a symposium on August 28-29, 2025. The following speakers will be present: T. Mendsaikhan, an arbitrator of the Mongolian International Arbitration Association, Doctor of Laws, Associate Professor, on the topic of “Adjusting Arbitration Activities to International Standards”; Dr. Bajar Scharaw, an arbitrator of the Mongolian International Arbitration Association and a lawyer at CMS Law Firm, on the topics of “Court Support and Arbitration Practice”, “Enforcement of Arbitration Awards and Legal Regulation”, and “Party Autonomy”, and S. Enkhtsetseg, Chairman of the Mongolian International Arbitration Association, on the topic of “Independence of Arbitration Institutions”; M. Shinebayar, Secretary General of the Mongolian International Arbitration Association, on the topic of “Restrictions on Arbitrators”; Dr. Bajar Scharaw, a senior lecturer at the Department of Arbitration, National University of Mongolia Dr. B. Ninjin gave a presentation on the topic of “Language and Translation”; M. Suvd, an arbitrator at the MOUA, Doctor of Laws, Associate Professor, gave a presentation on “Issues to be considered by lawyers and advocates when participating in arbitration proceedings” and held a discussion.
